GEC-China was founded in 1999, to cultivate the most professional trainer teams for China,including those for the top global 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Procter &and Gamble. We have published more than one hundred sets of management training books and audio-visual products, ranked as the number one in our field. We are one of the pioneers introducing modern and professional training techniques to China and has carried forward. These professional techniques introduced and developed by us include TTT (The Train Trainer) of the American Association for the Certification of Training Program (AACTP)、the Sven-Goran Eriksson coach technology、The factions of performance Action learning Facilitation Skills、The Management Accountants Certification In The United States、Adopting a Strategic Positioning, since 2008, GEC-China has implemented a specialization strategy, for which we split each division into several professional companies, with a requirement  for each professional company to maintain the No. 1 or No. 2 position in their respective markets.
